What kind of support is available
We work with young people who are finding school difficult. That might mean they're not attending, they're at risk of being excluded, or they're just not engaging with learning. Whatever's going on, we're here to help — not to judge.
Alternative Provision
A safe place for your child to learn when mainstream school isn't working right now.
1:1 Mentoring
Regular time with a trusted adult who can help them build confidence, manage their emotions, and find their feet.
Group sessions
Small group activities that help with social skills, resilience, and self-belief.
What happens when you get in touch
Get in touch
Email us, fill in the form, or call. You don't need a referral from your child's school to start a conversation with us.
A short conversation
We'll respond within two working days. We'll spend 20–30 minutes understanding what's happening for your child and what you've already tried.
A clear next step
We'll either propose a way we can help, or signpost you to a service better suited to what you need. There's no cost or commitment for the initial conversation.
Your child's safety comes first
Every member of our team is DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead, over 50 policies and procedures, and we work closely with schools and families to make sure young people are safe and supported.
