- Timeframe — how soon support is needed
- Your name and referring organisation
What happens next
- We respond within 2 working days to arrange a short conversation.
- We discuss the young person's needs and confirm suitability.
- We email you the referral form to complete and return.
Parents and carers
What we need first
- Your child's year group
- Brief summary of their needs or situation
- Your location
- How soon support is needed
- Your name and relationship to the young person
What happens next
- We respond within 2 working days to arrange a short conversation.
- We talk through your situation and what support might be available.
- If appropriate, we email you the referral form to complete and return.
Safeguarding and data
- All staff are DBS-checked and safeguarding-trained. Read our safeguarding policy.
- Information you share is treated in confidence and used only to assess suitability and arrange support.
- Urgent safeguarding concerns: follow your organisational safeguarding procedures and contact emergency services where appropriate. Do not wait for us to respond.
