We work with the students your school is most concerned about

The ones at risk of exclusion. The ones who've stopped attending. The ones you can't quite reach. We build the relationships and deliver the support that helps them re-engage.

How it works in practice

We start by listening. You tell us about the student, what you've tried, and what you need. We assess the situation and put together a support plan that fits your school, the young person, and their family.

That might be an AP placement, a few hours a week of 1:1 mentoring, or a targeted group programme for students who are at risk of disengaging. We adapt.

Throughout, we stay in close contact with your school — progress updates, review meetings, honest conversations about what's working and what isn't.

What we offer schools

  • Alternative Provision — full-time or part-time, tailored to the student
  • 1:1 mentoring — in school or in the community
  • Small group work — social skills, emotional regulation, resilience
  • Behaviour support and de-escalation
  • Reintegration planning — helping students get back into mainstream
  • Community-based engagement for students who aren't ready for the classroom

What we work towards together

We don't promise miracles. We promise consistent, structured support and honest reporting on how it's going.

Better attendance — tracked and reported to you
Fewer exclusions and behaviour incidents
Stronger relationships with staff and peers
Progress against individual targets
Successful return to mainstream education
Regular updates so you always know where things stand

Schools partner with us when they need consistent, relationship-led support for young people who aren't thriving in mainstream alone — and a clear, evidenced plan for what comes next.
